The international organization Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity (DMPP) in consultation and in cooperation with its partners from the US, etc., has chosen as one of its objectives the re-dimensioning of values of the Balkan countries and some developing countries involved in political, ethnic, religious, economic conflicts, etc. The Balkan countries such as Albania, Kosovo, etc., before World War II were countries with a state democratic system, where the Rule of Law, law and order ruled, where the justice system and the system of human values functioned just like in the western countries in the US, Canada, England, France, Belgium, etc. In these countries human rights, freedom of property, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, free press, the right to invest and reinvest earnings and capital were respected etc., etc., So these were the countries with integrity and reliable for all civilized democracies. After World War II in these countries, systems of communist dictatorships came to power and everyone knows what happened. The systems of human democratic values were demolished, values of intellectual elites collapsed, the private property system was destroyed, the capital was nationalized by the dictatorship and the systems of anti-values of militancy were established, the education system and cultural system was ruined, , traditions were denied, the religious system collapsed and belief in God was transformed into ideological belief of the cult of the dictator, into learning the cult of secret police of the other structures of violence that raised dictatorships of these countries to persecute political opponents and those who think differently. So every human value was raped and alienated and this is already known even for the children in the womb of their mothers.
In the early 90s with the collapse of the dictatorial communist system in Eastern countries this phenomenon happened in the Balkans countries too. Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, etc., began rebuilding the democratic system, but the system of human values massacred by former dictatorships cannot be established in a few years. What has been undone in fifty years, requires more time to regenerate, to be revived and reestablished, it requires perhaps another fifty years. Many values are forgotten and must be relearned, the deformed traditions have to be re-dimensioned by old models of democracies under the example of the rule of law, such as the United States, etc. Now for the absence of law, for lack of belief of democratic reforms, due to the corruption that brings only poverty and economic stagnation, the Balkan countries produce a huge wave of refugees toward the countries of Europe and the US, where the rule of law and developed democracy brings economic stability, civilization and all the dreamed benefits of the poor problematic countries.
Under such circumstances, DMPP judges that it should be worked hard for re- dimensioning values crippled by the violence of the past, more great work is required for the re-dimensioning of moral, social, educational, cultural values, etc. More work is needed to collapse the anti-values of incriminated governments that bring to power thieves, the corrupted and all those who run towards a quick enrichment through illegal means and ways, and to set up the elite of true intellectual mistreated by the lack of democratic legal state. DMPP believes that through the models of value systems of developed and civilized democracies, with the work and sacrifices of intellectual elites and Missionaries of peace, even in developing countries any value system and detached man tired of anti-democratic pressures can be re-dimensioned, can be restored into a discretionary force of its own destiny against the anti-value prototypes that model corrupted and incriminated governments. DMPP is working and being supported by its partners. Examples of the work of DMPP are numerous and reflected in its website. DMPP for the good work it does, enjoys the respect of democratic structures in the Balkans, but also in the US, Europe, etc.
DMPP, from work experience with the Balkan countries and the developing countries, has reached to the conclusion that these countries, due to the lack of democratic governments, such as in the US, etc., governments which work for the welfare of its citizens for and take them in protection not only within their borders, but in every corner of the globe; only produce poverty, insecurity, instability, disappointment, destruction of values, corruption, and as a result massive emigration to England, Germany, France, developed European countries, or to the US, Australia, Canada, etc. So, the problem lies in the misrule of these countries. From Albania, Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically during 2016 hundreds of thousands of helpless people, individuals, families and tribes have left their home countries and demanded political and economic asylum in Germany, France, etc. Misrule is feigning the demolition of these countries. The corrupted governments do not care about the future of thier citizens, working only for their own destiny and its militants. Then how is it possible to work in these places? … Only taking as a model the democratic governance in the US, Australia, Canada, England, Germany, France, so the best models of governance of European countries, civilized countries working according to the best democratic standards and apply the basic principles of the United Nations for the spiritual, moral, economic, social and physical welfare of its citizens, but also those that bring massive emigration waves. So, the lack of democracy in the developing countries, rigged elections, corruption, organized crime that co-lives with anti-democratic governance, brings social wound that lowers the image of these countries, compared to civilized countries. An Albanian citizen or of another country of the Balkans, or a developing country, is viewed with suspicion at the borders of the developed countries, unlike the citizens of UK, US, Australia, or the countries of Europe, who cross the border barriers with all respect and dignity. What’s the value of a passport of a Balkan country compared with a passport of a civilized country? … Notoriously, it doesn’t have the same value. Therefore DMPP thinks and works for the intellectual elites of the developing countries, to achieve their aspirations, ideals and dreams, they must disclose their peoples with the best models of democracies and western civilizations. The peoples of the developing countries should be encouraged and inspired to vote in their countries the progressive democratic forces, those that feed the spirit of modern civilization and welfare, not those political forces, which want to buy free vote, that want electoral systems for their clan interests etc … So in this way DMPP works to promote the good image of the developing countries, compared with developed countries civilization.
